Registration
Resonode is shareware: the download is the complete instrument, free forever, and you're encouraged to pass it to friends. Registration is a one-time $39 that makes your copy officially yours.
What registration changes
- The launch splash and the occasional save/record reminders retire.
- The title bar drops "Unregistered" and shows your name; the About box greets you.
- You get the supporter bonus pack — an exclusive theme pack plus a curated patch and Device library.
- Every 1.x update is covered. Register once, ride the version line.
Nothing else changes, because nothing is locked: unregistered Resonode has every module, every theme, saving, recording, export and the plugins.
Entering your key
- Buy at resonode.io/register — the Lemon Squeezy checkout puts your licence key on the receipt, instantly.
- In Resonode, open Help → Register Resonode… (on macOS it's also in the application menu).
- Enter your name and paste the licence key. The app confirms it with the store once — a single quick round-trip — and from then on it's registered, offline, forever.
Offline machines and Linux
Two cases skip the in-app activation: computers that never touch the internet, and Linux builds (which don't ship the networking layer at all). For either, use the redemption page from any browser: paste your licence key and the name you want, and it mints an offline key (format RESO-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX). Enter that name and key in Help → Register Resonode… — it validates entirely locally, no internet involved. Capitalisation and spacing of the name don't matter.
Machines, plugins, and sharing
- One key covers all your machines — it's tied to your name, not your hardware.
- It also covers the AU and VST3 plugins: register anywhere, registered everywhere.
- Share the app freely — that's the licence. The key carries your name (the About box will happily tell everyone whose it is), so keep that part to yourself and send friends the download link instead.
Refunds
Not for you after all? Email hrvst@soundsofibiza.co.uk within 30 days for a refund, no interrogation. Since the free version is the full synth, you'll rarely need to.
